It certainly has been a busy 2019 thus far for DTG Mech Services with another project handed over prior to Easter.
In the cover of darkness along with many long weekends, DTG Mech Services has transformed a 35-year-old rooftop plantroom at Toowong Office Tower with 2 x new chillers, 4 x cooling towers, 10 x pumps, buffer tank, chilled and condenser water pipe circuits and new MSSB, all in place and operational without any impact to tenants.
The building has now doubled its original connected cooling load and thus future proofed itself.
