DTG Mech Services has successfully collaborated with Xenia Constructions, Hawkins Jenkins Ross Consulting Engineers and Science 2 Medical for the refurbishment of the Level 7 West Laboratory at University of Queensland, St Lucia Campus.
- Modify four (4) existing fume cupboards.
- Seven (7) new custom built fume cupboards.
- Modular fire protection system to each fume cupboard.
- PVC ducting and fans for all fume cupboards.
- Installation of chemical storage cabinets.
- Process cooling water system that feeds all new and existing fume cupboards c/w water storage tank and pumping system.
- 100 % outside air preconditioner complete with run around coils and associated ductwork and air distribution system.
- Chilled water pipework from existing riser to new preconditioner.
- BMS upgrades along with alarm monitoring of laboratory and system pressures.
- Alterations to existing MSSB and associated wiring.
- System commissioning to NEBB standards complete with room pressure differentials cascade system.
