A challenging project at the Prince Charles Hospital in Chermside has been successfully handed over a month early. DTG Mech Services worked closely with the Metro North Hospital and Health Services Project Team, hospital staff and tenants, along with our dedicated sub-contractors, to achieve this outstanding result.
The task was to replace the air handling unit plant in the hospital’s Clinical Services Building while maintaining critical environmental conditions and strict control of dust and noise emission, as the various departments and floors in the facility were operational throughout.
DTG was not only able to adhere to the detailed critical path schedule but to significantly improve the schedule in collaboration with the various stakeholders, resulting in the successful and early completion of the project.
