DTG Mech Services has successfully completed and handed over a new chiller upgrade at 35 Robina Town Centre Drive
Services Provided
- Removal of original screw chillers and cooling towers and associated pumps along with demolition of original piping.
- Two (2) new equally sized 800 kw Smardt water cooled centrifugal chillers.
- Two (2) open circuit stainless steel inducted draft cooling towers c/w VSD’s.
- Supply and install two (2) chilled and Two (2) condenser water pumps c/w VSD’s.
- One (1) chilled water buffer tank.
- New and dedicated 24/7 auxiliary condenser water system complete with standalone stainless steel cooling towers, associated pumps, and piping circuit.
- New stainless steel condenser water pipe and copper chilled water pipe.
- Water treatment system for the condenser water circuits along with side stream filtration.
- Installation of a Chiller Plant Management System (CPMS) for control of the whole chiller and auxiliary condenser water plant.
- Alterations to existing MSSB and associated wiring.
- Maintain conditions to the office tower in a staged manner to ensure that the tenants were not affected by the works.
- Undertake all coordination to deliver the project including cranage of all redundant and new equipment to and from the project site.
